Migrating to SGOS 4
SGOS 4.2 includes features specifically designed for gateway control and security, as well as reverse proxy solutions. SGOS 4 only supports a direct upgrade from SGOS 3.2.4.x (or higher) to SGOS 4. To upgrade from earlier releases, please refer to the Release notes for allowed upgrade paths. For migration options please contact Blue Coat technical support at Blue Coat Support Services.

Getting SGOS 4 Documentation
Access to SGOS 4 manuals requires a valid WebPower account. From WebPower (navigate to Self Service -> Review Documentation -> Product Documentation/Manuals -> ProxySG 4.x - Software and System Manuals) you will find the latest SGOS 4 guides.

Downloading SGOS 4
Complete the form below to download Blue Coat's SGOS 4 software for your platform.

You will need to provide either a Hardware serial number or a valid SGOS software serial number to download the SGOS 4 Software.

Select the appropriate platform and remember to provide a valid email address. When the form is submitted, an automated response will be sent to the return email address. The reply email contains a download URL to access the SGOS 4 software. Use this URL to download the ProxySG software image. After the initial download of the SGOS 4 software for the selected platform, the URL will remain active for an additional 5 days.
